Apex is a Discord moderation bot that provides:

Custom commands
Reaction roles
Suggestion system
Web dashboard for configuration

3. Eligibility

By adding Apex to a Discord server, you confirm that you have the authority to add bots to the Discord server and agree to these terms on behalf of all server members who will interact with Apex.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Apex, you agree to:

Not use the bot for any illegal activities
Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the bot's systems
Not use the bot to harass, spam, or harm other users

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Apex at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms. Server owners may remove the bot at any time by kicking it from their server.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apex and its developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the bot. This includes but is not limited to data loss, server issues, or actions taken by moderators using the bot's features.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Apex after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
